Abstract
The endo- perio lesion is the clinical presentation of the pathological or inflammatory communication between the pulp and the periodontium. This case report demonstrates the successful management of an endo- perio lesion using guided tissue regeneration. A 38-year-old male patient reported with an endo- perio lesion which was managed by endodontic therapy followed by the periodontal regenerative procedure using bone graft and a membrane. The patient was followed up for a period of 12 months and the follow up radiographs showed significant defect fill. Thus, with proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment strategies the successful management of endo – perio lesion can be achieved.
