Abstract
Impaction of the maxillary permanent central incisor is not a common occurrence in dental practice, but it is difficult to treat due to its importance in facial aesthetics. It is critical to detect such teeth early if complications are to be avoided. A 14-year-old female with an impacted central incisor tooth in the maxillary anterior region has been described. The impacted left maxillary central incisor was moved to its proper position in the dental arch using a combined approach that included surgical exposure and the application of an orthodontic force.
